This some thing i had to do the other day .. I ask my self if i really did have to.

i have bought or leased 5 new cars or trucks in my life .. and not keep any of them for more then 5 yr or so .. My parents each use to buy used , 1937 Cheve, 1953 Olds, a 1949 Chev truck , Two of those , a1957 Cheve nomad , a 1958 VW beetle, a 1959 Borgward ,1968 Ford Falcon and a 1072 Toyota corola . Except for there last three vehicles they bought .. My dad a F150 crew cab in 1976 which i later trade one of my car to him for and then drove that truck for 24 yrs ( a piece of junk) .And my mom bought a new Jetta in 1984 which she drove till 2006 , 22 yrs and then traded for a new Kia which she put 5000 km on in 5 yrs and then gave to my sister.
I first bought a new car when o was 20 ,a 1973 Mazda RX3 Rotary and then in 1978 I bought a new Mazda RX7. My dream car . sold it in 1984 . Then i could not afford to buy any thing till 2000 when i bought a Cheve 1500 .. trade that on a 2004 F150 lease and then leased another in 2007 which i just bough out 6 months ago .. which was another story .

Now i just singed to buy a new F150 crew cab .. why thought it was the best thing to do .

How often do you buy a car and when and why ? What do you do buy on term , or finance ? Do you get the best and all the warrenties , service packages , car protection and life ,injury insurance ?

I've owned new cars,i've owned used cars. They all cost money, unless you can write them off in your business.I am hoping to find a 65 mustang though:eyebrows: I like working on my own vehicles(kinda hard on newer ones with all the computer crap.
Insurance, i usually get full coverage.
