I'm looking for some recommendations for a R&T that's on the budget side. I've been to a well-reviewed downtown SP who provides this service (Ms B), and she does so phenomenally, but it's time to try someone different. I'm having trouble finding someone that's 1) at least somewhat reviewed to provide a good experience, 2) not any older than late 30s, and 3) no more than $150-160/hr total (negotiable up to $180 if the service is worth really worth it). Indies are preferable but I'm open to establishments as long as there's no legal concerns.
