From what I can ascertain if any of these pills work they do so by manipulating hormone levels. I'm sure you've all noticed a woman's breasts get fuller before her period comes. So they are probably just having the same effect. Really doubt anything permanent would come of it though.
This reminds me of this joke, kinda old but I still like it
