Being attractive and good looking can help with the mileage a little, but not with every provider. As another contributor points out, having good attitutde and hygiene is more important.

So be as couteous and friendly as you can, always shower, use mouthwash and deodorant before the session. Bringing a gift for the gal doesn't hurt too.
