Hey all,

I finally decided to book an appointment with one of the girls from VE. I called early and made an appointment for later on in the day. (man those hours sure went by slow). This would be the first time I had done this in a while. Like 3 years so I was a little nervous . When the time finally arrived I eagerly went to the loaction with visions of sugarplums (or something) dancing in my head. This was going to be my X-mans present! . After all of the research I did on these boards and the helpful hints from you all I was really looking forward to this.

After I kocked on the door it was anwers and I was let in. Then I was told that the girl was not available, she was stuck off the island. Talk about a bummer! She did show me 2 other ladies and I should have went with one of them but I was pretty bummed out so I decided to hold off until another day. I do not want to mention the girls name, I am sure it was unavoidable but it is still a let down.

My question is this, is this a common thing to happen? I knew I should have called 30 min before the time just to make sure everything was going as planned. I think I may try to see if she is back tomorrow, man I hope so!

A few months back I made an appt by email with VE one week in advance. I wrote two days before to confirm, & the reply was a "go". Once in town, on two hours' notice I called to reconfirm. I was told some (as I found out later to be total BS) story that the girl had to leave town on a "personal emergency" Later management confessed that she was reminded about the appt the night before, acknowleged it, & the next day just didn't feel like working. The phone girl was just making it up as she went along. VE has since made amends with me, & I don't hold any ill will.

So yes, don't ever count on an agency appt as a sure thing, especially if she's young. Have some backups on your list.

Frustrating

Im very sorry about what happend with your appointment. When one of our ladies calls and books on we assume she can actually make it to an appointment. Sometimes the phonegirls are left in a very sticky spot and try and come up with an on the spot solution to smooth things out. Im sure you will see (thanks Maude for the links) that we have a great record of satisfying clients under these unforseen and unpredictable circumstances. Phone staff are supposed to get all clients to confirm an hour before an appt to make sure everything is still a go. If things are not still ok at this point, that is unfortunate but at least no one has wasted their time. If a client comes all the way to our location to find things arent a go then that is just wrong. I know this isnt a clients problem. Im not asking to be let off the hook, just for some understanding. If this happens to you, and there is not an alternate lady there you would like to see, then I will happily try and compensate you for your wasted trip over. Dont hesitate to contact me.

Had a run around last night with both VE and WO both were apologetic lastly at 2:20 am. Tried again this afternoon and was dazzled by Cassy though.

Hey All,
