OK. As an out-of-towner myself, the only place I can think of that might meet your criteria is Blue Ocean. Whether or not it's within walking distance kinda depends on how much of a walker you are. It would take me about half an hour to 45 minutes, and I walk and hike a lot.

I have to say my experience at Blue Ocean wasn't as good as the reviewer's. I got bait-and-switched. I ended up with Wendy, and that would have been fine except that she seemed as unhappy about the switch as I was. She dutifully did her job but she was pretty surly. I think if you catch her in the right mood she's probably fun.
There are probably some indies closer to your location, but I have no knowledge of them.
Take uber, things are pretty close in Vancouver. In 5 - 10 mins you have reach in kits, little bit far but Lily in north van are my favourites (i visit here too and stay downtown). Skyline used to be good massage place in downtown but seems they are more of FS place now.
Depends who you see at Skyline. Most of the ladies offer HS at OP's price point (some don't offer FS at all, AFAIK). They got a couple incalls downtown walkable from there or a stop or 2 away by skytrain. Honest group and defs better than a spa. No complaints. My go-to, always been reliable...
I agree, saw Skye she gave a good massage. But seems some girls there now only do FS. It used to be massage focused place before. But I might be wrong, I only visit her couple times a year.
But I love that place, i end up paying way too much because of the complex menus, but I keep going back. 😅
Think only 1 is strictly FS but could also be wrong since there's a few I ain't seen yet. Rather have the options to add on if there's a connection and I'm in the mood. Not exactly a fan of commitment. Ha ha ha...
Thanks for the suggestion! Ended up doing this. Walked there, took around 35 minutes. I went with the 45 minute four hand with Wendy and Selena, same as the reviewer, and was not disappointed.
Yeah Wendy and Selena are both great. Different personality types but both hot and offer really good service both with the massage and the finish.
If you search them in the massage section of leolist ads you'll find them that way. They're not a shop in the traditional sense, more of an agency that is primarily based around massage and HS.
