Wanted to start a list here for the best tugs around.
Did not really care for HJ till I had a session few months back that only hs was provided and it was amazing.

Windsor spa one day and saw Tina (0382)

Windsor is a spa that has a sauna so though just go relax after a night of heavy drinking. Sat in the Sauna for a bit then went for the massage.
Massage was decent. After the massage when she got to the lower section she kept, maybe accidentally, brushing the shaft, This was getting me excited. Her tug I dont know how to explain it was really gentle and just made it so much more enjoyable, it was dark and did not feel like jack hammering which i dont enjoy as much. The title of your thread uses 'HS' as well as the body of your post. Could you please comment on the BJ portion of your experience as that is what HS entails - a BJ. Although some providers try to sell HS as

Yeah, HS or half service is a bit of a grey area for sure.
I see it though as at least full nudity and some 2 way touching up to everything except intercourse.

Basic HE or happy ending to me is a girl fully clothed giving you a massage and then a tug at the end with no mutual touching.

I find HS may/may not include a BJ depending on the girl. Full nudity for sure but if they do a bodyslide, it sometimes is just as good as there is sometimes kissing, titty fucking, etc

Most places I've called (panda spa, mansion one, broadway) state that half service only includes a hand job and not a blow job. Seems like half service is not worth the cost given that you pay $100 for a handy and $150 for the whole experience.
