It really depends if the sp got the STI in the throat and how long it was until the next bbbj.

Just because someone performs a bbbj on someone with an STI does not mean that they will automatically get the infection in the throat.

If the person did get the infection in the throat it would take a bit of time for that person to develop the infection so that they could pass it on. For example it takes 2-7 days for gonorrhea to develop after someone has caught it; every infection has a different time period.
