I wasn't entirely sure at first that this was the girl I saw, so I waited to chime in. Sure enough after viewing her recent ad, I am 100%sure it is. This is a huge WARNING.
RED FLAG 1. She lives in low income housing, not town house.
RED FLAG 2. HER FUCKING SON IS HOME!!!! He is approx 6 and when I arrived he got up. She freaked out on him, and I left. it was late at night, and honestly it freaked me right out.
