To the PERB community, I apologize for having to post this publicly; however, all of my private correspondence has gone unanswered and this is the only other way I may be able to reach this girl. I am unable to lock the thread, as I am not a paid advertiser, but I ask that people please not contribute to it, as I do not wish this to turn into a bashing fest. If anyone has information on Sarahbelle's whereabouts or current contact info, please feel free to send it by PM or e-mail.

Sarah,
I did not want to take this into a public forum, but your lack of communication has left me with no other option. Last summer you were in a very bad situation, both financially and otherwise. As you have done many times, you reached out for financial help from the escort community. Normally, I would not touch those sorts of requests, but something inside me believed that this time you were really trying to change your ways, and I wanted to give you the chance to get ahead and the chance to create a new life for yourself.
After lengthy discussions, I agreed to meet with you and to help you out financially. We met at Metrotown Starbucks August 18th and had a good chat about how you could help to change your situation. It became apparent to me that you were going to need some financial help in order to execute your plan, and I happily stepped up to the plate, paying bills for you, purchasing medication and even leaving you with a little bit of extra cash. As per our arrangement, you signed a loan agreement and gave me a small collateral, which we both know is not worth even close to the loan amount (but I believe has some sentimental value to you).
The loan was to be repaid by December 18th, 2005. I tried numerous times to contact you throughout the fall, to see how you were doing, and subsequently to inquire on your plans to fulfill your commitment to me. My efforts were to no avail, as you did not reply to any of my e-mails, and did not provide me with your new contact information after your move to Alberta.
I am extremely disappointed in your decision to shirk your responsibility, as it has only proven what everyone else already knew - that you are dishonest and unwilling to take responsibility for yourself. I am saddened that this is indeed the case, as I truly believed things were going to be different for you this time around.
I understand that you are currently working at an Edmonton massage parlour. I think you know as well as I do that given the personal information you gave to me, it would not be overly difficult for me to track you down and to go after you legally for the money you owe. Many times, I have contemplated doing just that, but I truly believe you deserve another chance to rectify your wrongdoing.
I ask you to contact me, either by PM or e-mail, and express your intention to repay your loan. We can then figure out the finer details of how this will be accomplished. As an aside, had you contacted me in the fall, we could have certainly arranged the repayment in a way that would have been manageable for you.
This is not about the money; I haven't had the money for nearly a year now, and am functioning fine without it. This is about your integrity (or lack thereof), and your lack of personal responsibility.
I will keep your collateral for another week, at which point I am going to dispose of it. Please do the right thing and contact me.
Jodie
