The article doesn't specifically say they were arrested for doing the deed. Sounds to me like she was arrested for causing a disturbance after the fact.

As long as it was done discreetly, ie: not in your seat, I don't see what the charges could be. Any Perbites been arrested or detained for this before?

For the record, the woman was charged for Assault after the flight [she kicked a RCMP Constable interviewing her]
Me & my GF tried it on a flight to Mexico many years ago on a Continental Air 737, the flight attendent sorta gave us the "stink eye" and the GF lost her nerve. Oh well.
