Smart Spa seems to be by far the best value for money of any half service establishment I've seen in the lower mainland.
The massage quality is consistently good and the finish is nude with mutual touching. Yet their rates are the same 80/100/120 as all the other spas that usually offer disappointing massages with just a basic hj.
Has anyone come across another spa or provider that's comparable to smart?
