you're better off going to your regular and telling them about it and hope for the best. Highly unlikely to find one in general
It's never worth seeing someone for your birthday only. You two aren't familiar with each other and you're basically creating expectation that could only setup for disappointment. Better off seeing someone you're familiar with and spend the extra in her.

I'd have to agree here, unless you have a long and good relationship with the provider in particular.
Just like when restaurants insist that you present any 'discount coupons' at time of ordering so that they can 'adjust' your order accordingly. IMHO
