I know eat healthier and work out more often. But im wondering if there are any drugs or herbal which might help. Not looking to lose much weight maybe just 10-20 pounds

everytime you think about logging on to your computer, replace it with 2 glasses of water and 20 minutes of cardio.

so by your next post you should be the size you want to be.:D

South Beach Diet.

You can eat lots of stuff, just not much in the way of carbs. You do have to cook, which is a bit of a hassle. Drink red wine instead of beer or sweet highballs. Don't eat after 8pm.

avoid juice - 350 calories per glass. Eat the fruit instead, 60 calories per serving.

limit alcohol.

eat high fibre breakfast.

Herbs and potions are mostly all talk an no action. It takes discipline and lifestyle change to make it happen.

As some of us mentioned, avoid all the "white" carbs: white rice, pasta,
bread, baked goods, potatoes (brown rice is ok).

Drink Yerba Mate tea. It gives you an energy boost for 2hrs. without any
trace of caffeine. Also it suppresses your appetite. Drink it with a bit of
cream & honey to make it tastier.

Green tea may increase your metabolism a notch but it's not a miracle
weight loss tool.

If you have healthy joints, take up jogging. Also do some muscle building
with free weights. If you have more muscles, you will naturally burn more
calories, even when you are resting.

I know someone who lost a lot of weight and managed to keep it off for
over a decade - she became a vegetarian! Of course this might be too
drastic for you.

If you truly want to lose weight and keep it off permanently, you'll have
to make some healthier lifestyle choices (combination of healthier meal
planning and good old-fashioned exercise).

But don't deprive yourself either. Go ahead and have that slice of pizza or
buttered popcorn but do it in moderation.

Stop eating greasy chinese food and being lazy.

Go to a colonic and get your intestines flushed out...you probably have 20 pounds on undigested matter shitcaked in your colon!

I've lost 25 lbs. just by substituting more meat, dairy, and fruits/vegetables for high-carb foods. Whereas before, much of what I ate was empty calories, now almost everything I eat has some nutritiouss value. I allow myself to eat junk on occasion though.

Half of this nonsense is not even correct..
His entire post with the exception of the last part was spot on, actually.

Bread on rotation is just fine for you.
Unless he's trying to lose fat. Then he should watch his carb intake except for after workouts.

PURE Orange and Apple juice is just fine for you.
It certainly isn't bad for you, but if you're trying to lose weight than it's just empty calories. Drink water instead.

Hey lag......I did the gi diet and lost about 45pds in 6weeks with no exercise I ate all the time and have not gained any weight back in 3years even though my eating habits went right back to bad!!!! Its principles are basically the same as south beach only much more simple...If you are not interested in doing any work at all though here is a very simple plan ........if you are maintaining your weight right now, not gaining or losing.Then you are eating what your body currently needs to maintain. 1pound=3500calories sooo if you decrease your calorie intake by 500 a day you will lose 1pound a week..irregardless of what you are eating.This process can be supported by healthy eating and exercise......But it is a simple way to lose weight and basically do nothing but some calculations :D

change one thing

If you just change one thing that you do every day or even 5 times a week right now, you will see an overall change that might give you the results you are looking for.
When you start small and don't deprive yourself then you are better able to adopt the change into your lifestyle.
Any of the suggestions above will give you an idea.:)

Stop eating so much white rice, pasta and other bad carbs. Stop eating greasy foods. Now that the weather's good throw in some aerobic exercise like jogging. Drink a lot of water, and no, coffee is not water. Eat more citrus fruits like apples and oranges. Replace one meal a day with just a green salad.

You can eat just about anything you want if you exercise alot more.

Wake up at 600 am, go for a 10 km run every day. In the evening, do another 1-2 hours of aerobic acitivity, eg. join a sports team, go up grouse grind, and just watch that fat disappear.

I know someone who shed 40 lbs in 8 weeks, so, it can be done.

Good advice. pooners know their stuff. My two cents: beware of dieting pills and so-called quick weight loss plans. The pills can have serious cardiovascular and gastrointestinal side effects, both in the short term and long term.

Adherence to a sensible diet and exercise program with lifestyle modifications should allow for a 1-2 lb loss per week. Calorie restriction is really the main stay. Hunger is a suffering though.

If you really need to look slim quickly, then just fast for a few days while drinking a little water/juice. Nothing loses the tummy faster. Just watch out for dehydration and possible hernias if you come out of the diet too quickly. Good luck.

I recently lost 3 pounds in 3 days on a liquid diet/fast. Mostly fruit juices, though i think water & green tea would have been better.
I had 2 alcoholic drinks in all. Also 3 coffees daily with skim milk, which seems to help a lot with appetite supression. BTW, i didn't
feel hungry or have negative side effects during the 3 days.

In the 3 days since the fast i've eaten lightly and filled up on liquids when hungry. Watched calories & lost another pound. Drank
more water & green tea flavored with a bit of milk or juice for taste.

Green tea is claimed to increase metabolism, help in weight loss, and offers various health benefits, although with significant
caffeine. I think it could be a healthy substitute for coffee.

Green tea, water and coffee have no calories, or next to nil.

being an excercise type guy and a simple and basics type guy you know what im going to say.
just get out on a path and go, the more hours you can put in the better,

and i wouldn't worry about the weight so much unless your obese or something,
only anal people worry about a couple of pounds or even ten or twenty.

in my prime which was along time ago well not that long, i was doing four to five hours five days a week and maybe six on saturday.

i i felt like super man, some one wanted to fight me, i wouild just stand there calmly, and say ok,
i ran into a bear in k country, everyone ran i just stood there, wanted to get closer to take a picture,
felt i could pick up a log or something, or just run there was a hill i could go down, or climb a tree,
but fear was not something that entered into it.

it is amazing what a difference you feel like when your body is in top form, my resting heart rate was in the mid to low forties
i felt indestrucktable.
but fast forward five to ten years, a bad knee and arthritis and just gettting fucking old
enjoy it while it lasts
