Any Tips for Mediterranean Vacation?

I'm heading to the Mediterranean in the fall for two weeks. Anybody have any tips for some adult entertainment in Spain, France, Italy or Greece.....or?
I still haven't made any plans on where to go and what to see but I'd definitely like to check out some of the local ladies while I'm over there.
So far I'm going single and I can't decide whether to take a cruise or just rent a car and drive around. The last thing I want to do is get stuck on a cruise ship with a bunch of married people and kids. Anybody out there have any experiences/suggestions to share?

Spain
