I vowed never to go back after a horrible first experience years ago - and am baffled how she's still in business. I echo Kalidgh's question - has she reformed and improved?

I haven't heard anything good recently. My experience 3 years ago was so horrible, I'd never give her a second chance. There are lots of safer choices.
