I only live about 5 minutes from there, and yes I could use a little help getting back into shape. Matter of fact I think we just got an invite in the mail the other day to join the Y at a reduced rate.

Too bad I live right by the Y at Portage and Bedson...you sure you don't want to join that one instead? It would save me the bother of moving to EK.
