Well it looks like she's the real deal but a google image search reveals that she's posted in several cities (Calgary, Edm, Van) over the past few weeks so it is likely she won't be sticking around too long.
Mmm... I don't know. Not only do the pictures have been used for different ads in different cities, but also there have been changes in name, age, and phone number... Usually good providers are consistent no matter where they go.
