I heard that Denny's Restaurant will give you dinner for free on your Birthday. But you likely have to prove it or bring a note from your Mom.
Frankly, I have seen alot of Birthdays come and go, and I don't think I have ever heard of B-day special just because you turned 40 and are looking to spend some time with an SP.
Regardless of how old you are, try the Announcements section of PERB for specials. Just a suggestion on where to find great gifts for yourself on your Birthday.
