Another Victim?
Police confirmed yesterday they met w/family of a woman on the city's missing list for more than 3 years.
Deborah Jones vanished on Christmas Day 2000, said RCMP Cpl. Catherine Galliford. Jones is 1 of more than 60 women, mainly drug-addicted prostitutes, who have vanished off the streets of Vancouver in the past 2 decades.
CTV News reported the family said police told them Jones's remains had been found on a Port Coquitlam pig farm. PoCo pig farmer Robert William Pickton, 54, has been charged w/15 counts of 1st-degree murder.
In my response? I am wanting to find a Fund program that aids the Homeless People/Drug Addicted of the Lower East Side. Is there such a Society? That is not watered down before it reaches the Lower East Side?
Or is my thinking, head in the clouds thinking? I do not know the HOW to help out... Is this a good way?
Does anyone know of such a society? If I am PM'd about one, I will donate 25% of all of my earnings/month... Every month, on the 25th of every month. In honor of Deborah Jones. & The other FIFTY-NINE women missing.
Please book w/me & do your part... There will be a Jar... stating Missing Women's Fund... All donations WILL be accepted...
