Seems to be a spot for the geezers over 55, and I'm not talking about the pooners. Very bad reports coming out of this establishment and many similar operations at this crossroad.

Others to look out for with similar, over-the-hill SPs is Stadium Skytrain station advertising on CL...unless the grannies are your thing.
