Called that same number about a month ago to arrange her to come to my hotel. She seemed sincere during the arranging but when she never showed up almost an hour after the arranged time, called her again to find out what was going on. She said, 'oh, I'm not able to make it'. Told her she should have let me know as she had the # and the room # for when she confirmed she was coming. Just said she can't make it. May have been a different lady as so many of them share numbers now, but that number is on my black list.
It seems like there is a need for a inexpensive incall location a pooner or sp could rent on a hourly basis.

I've done that before with places I have renovated to sell, of course need to have the place staged for potential purchasers and was always a great place to go for some fun. I always specified to my agent that no one was allowed to view it unless I was fully aware and gave the ok. So always worked great.
I am not looking to sell it, so there will no agents hanging around. I am thinking more of a hourly, daily, or even weekly rental. I am not thinking for me, but the sp's that or pooner that needs a place for a short period of time.
Well it looks like Winnipeg needs a low priced, low key, furnished medium to high end condo for professional business meetings. PM for details.
