Fake photos as in totally different person? or very rough as in it's her but from a very long time ago?

Pretty sure I met up with this person about a year ago in North Van. She had a big fake rack but looked unhealthy, unkept and very thin. U know where I'm going with this description. Ad said 25 but she looked 40. It was outcall only then so I met her at a hotel parking lot. Politely declined and peeled outta there.
