The licencing and subsequent enforcement seems to have had a chilling effect on the asian parlors in Stoon. Heavy attrition in the number of establisments, prominent signs that legitimate massage only is available, and definitely way more boundaries observed in-session.
Interestingly, the massage experience has improved with some of the surviving practitioners. With happy ending not on the regular menu anymore (at least not for this occasional visitor), and less of an assembly line for cash approach (as sometimes previously when the quality of your experience depended how many customers were lined up at the door!) it seems some of the ladies are upping their massage game, giving a heck of an experience for the hour (or whatever). Staying within the legal bounds, as it were, but being occasionally a little creative.
That being said, I sense a good deal of pressure, among the ladies not to do anything that will get them busted, and presumably from the management not to do anything that will bring unfavorable attention on the establishment.
I suggest go, enjoy the experience of a great massage - have had positive experiences at both Massage for U and Wellness Centre, but have not gone frequently enough to become familiar with any particular attendant. Simply observe that there still seems to be steady demand for their services such as they are. I have not repeat not had any excessively good fun in recent times, but suggest if you do, thank the Bhudda and think twice before broadcasting it.
