You can find some that are decent but usually on the streets. Select places on Kingsway, 104th in Surrey, etc.
Usually single moms just trying to pay the bills at various times. Some are average, some are attractive. Depending on how bad the need, a green to 5 greens is out there.

There are a lot of single moms of there who will do anything to raise their daughter properly. Turning tricks is just one option.
I honestly don't think you're going to find anything good for that much money.. If I were you, I'd spend more to have a better time.

I have had AWESOME sp's for a green (back me up here Hitrack) many, many times, so just look around at the places I mentioned wacky and you will be rewarded (unless of course BB has convinced you (with her great manipulation skills) that you should just give up or pay for her
