A warning about Leolist

People are stealing the photos and ad copy from legitimate, well-reviewed providers and using them to create copy-cat ads on Leolist.

I am so beyond frustrated right now, because this KEEPS HAPPENING, and Leolist basically says they can't control what gets posted on their site, so the onus is on the providers to self-report stolen ads. Usually the fake ads are posted in another city, so it's really difficult for an SP to find and flag all of them.

I'm so angry that clients are getting scammed, and SPs are having their reputations smeared by these crooks, and Leolist seems really slow to do anything about it.

I would urge you all to use the utmost caution with Leolist. Or perhaps stick to more reputable advertising sites like PERB, Twitter, and Tryst.

This is the third case I've heard of from people I've had my mouth on. More from people I'd like to have my mouth on.

Do your research, people. Cross-reference and shop with your bigger head.

Also, Priya, darling. Don't hold your breath for Leolist to do anything about it.

Sorry you ladies are having to endure this crap but I've said it time after time that LeoList is horrible and it's joke!! It's the new Craigslist or backpage as far as I'm concerned.

Maybe you ladies should begin to promote Perb a lot more in ur personal ads, ur websites ( if u have one) and clients if they not have heard of Perb. Have some sort of headers in your ads about fake posts going on. I dunno... Something along those lines.

Shitty client's are getting scammed but protect what u have going on.

LL is a terrible site. Best solution for reputable ladies is just stop using it. It is far worse than BP ever was; I won't even bother to look at that site anymore. Guys have a better chance of finding a date off The Dirty.
