Over the past couple of months I have really dedicated myself to getting in better shape. (kickboxing/lifting weights/diet)

So I wanted to share a tool that I use that's helped me immensely.

Essentially what it helps you do is track what you eat each day, (carbs, protein, fat, calories) your level of activity, etc...

It's really opened up my eyes as to what I'm putting into my mouth everyday.

Hopefully in 6 months - I'll look like a greek god and if all goes well I'll share my regimen with everyone.

Much appreciated....I've been working towards a goal over the last year and a half. I've been pleased with the results, but this might just help me get to the end a bit faster.
