9pm appointment get buzzed up and clock on wall says 9,10

I notice that some Asian micros there clocks are almost 10 minutes ahead,I booked for one hour but only really got 45 minutes

You could text the handler right before you arrive at the buzzer for a record of your time.

Time should also start when you enter the apartment, not when you hit the buzzer too!
