4. Posted ad at 3 in the morning. Biggest red flag
7. Photos names all start with "IMG_..." it's usually a sign of a stolen image set from the Net somewhere.
12. No reviews for provider who advertises at 3 in the morning.
13. No verified photos. Just a handful of grainy black and white unverified ones.

I think you have your answer. Unless you're jonsing specifically for that lady in which case good luck, I hope I'm wrong.
