Starting now, all bookings will be handled exclusively via Telegram.

Why the change? Because SMS is no longer reliable. Carriers are constantly blocking our numbers (it happened again this morning 🙄), which means messages don’t go through — and that could leave you standing at your appointment with no response. Nobody wants that.

Telegram is simply better:

  • End-to-end encrypted — no one can read your messages, not even Telegram
  • Doesn’t share your phone number — only your username is visible
  • ✅ You can log out anytime, or delete the app and reinstall when you want to book
  • ✅ Way more private — no nosy carriers snooping or blocking messages

We know change isn’t always fun, but this one’s for the better — safer for you, more reliable for us, and a whole lot less drama.

Thanks for understanding ❤
See you on Telegram 💬

Curious if you'd also be using Signal as well? Just did a quick search on the different platforms and it seems like many prefer Signal for it's privacy.

There is no API for signal so that would only work with one person and one phone, not a call center situation.

Signal shares your real number. What makes it private is end to end encryption, which telegram also has.

Just alienated an entire generation of men who just got comfortable with text messages.
There will be an unexpected uptick in the number of men texting their kids asking what Telegram is.

To be honest bookings are 85% telegram anyway.

I like the agencies they post daily schedule on telegram and use the medium for advertising (hint hint) but tbh your website with schedule is very handy

Sorry....I find Telegram confusing (compared to SMS).
I'm older and hate adapting. This time....no asking my daughter. Shit!!!!

Ill get there but....Boooo!!
If you have it installed just click the link on the website it opens right up and sends us a message that's all there is to it. There is no need to add us as a contact.

Fair, just wanted it to be a conversation incase there were questions on how Telegram works.

No concerns pertaining to safety?
  • Telegram's regular and group chats are not encrypted end-to-end by default. This means that while messages are encrypted in transit, they are stored on Telegram's servers in an unencrypted format, making them potentially accessible to Telegram staff or subject to government requests.

  • Encryption Protocol Concerns:
Telegram uses its own encryption protocol, MTProto, which has faced criticism and has had vulnerabilities discovered in the past.

  • Metadata Collection:
Even with end-to-end encryption for secret chats, Telegram still collects metadata like IP addresses, timestamps, and user IDs, which can be used to track user activity and build profiles

Appreciate the concerns — totally valid things to raise. Here’s the reality:

We don’t use group chats, and we’re only sharing basic appointment info — no personal details, no real names, nothing sensitive.

That said, appointments themselves are private, and a lot of people don’t want their phone carrier knowing they’re even messaging us. SMS is completely unencrypted and tied directly to your identity — it’s about as private as shouting through a megaphone.

Telegram encrypts messages in transit, doesn’t show us your phone number, and lets you use a username only — so in most ways, it’s actually more anonymous than texting.

Yes, Telegram sees metadata like IP addresses — but so does every website and app you use (including this forum). If you're concerned, you can always use a VPN to mask your IP. Just keep in mind the VPN provider would then see it instead — it adds a layer of anonymity, but nothing is 100% invisible online.

Bottom line: Telegram is the only platform that works consistently without getting blocked or delayed, and it offers better privacy than SMS — even if not perfect.

This isn’t about pushing an app — it’s about making sure messages actually get through and your bookings stay private.

If the AF number was getting blocked by carriers, does that raise any concerns that the phone numbers are under investigation by authorities?
