With the Unvaccinated people placing an overwhelming burden on the Healthcare system, it's great to see a Government actually taking a stand, on placing a cost for personal Decisions . It's about time !
Hopefully, the rest of the Provinces take notice .

Going to be a tough sell.
You need to ad smokers,drug users, the obese and so on all burdens on the health care system . And not to pick a fight but it was a vaccinated person that brought the omicron variant to Canada . The sooner a proper vaccine is developed the better

... we already tax smokers, drinkers, and drivers. The Pepsi tax from last year barely made the headlines.
Using economic penalties as a form of public health policing isn't new or unusual.
