I've done an outcall or 2 to Sidney without an outcall fee or deposit, but no one I recommend. So I'd agree with llanus's suggestion. Bus 70 runs till midnight or so and can drop you within a short walk of EOA or VC. Definitely make a trek down to Vic at some point if you're stuck in Sidney...
