The new location is bit out in the open for my liking. Green Thai gives a better massage than many RMTs in town. The Thai massage / stretching (whatever they do) is purely spectacular. There are extras but in my experience YMMV.

Hey Maui, Thanks for the reply. It wasn't all that long ago I attended an event like this so it's certainly possible. You're probably correct about the current market rates being a deterrent to organizing events like this. It's just too risky for the organizer.
