What is included in Mona Bardot's and Sadie Rose's regular rate? I ask because I am from Toronto and the ladies I see here have BBBJ, DFK, COB all included in the standard GFE. But it seems many ladies in Victoria have those features as extras, so I'd like to confirm before meeting someone there.
