streets dead For a newbie, I'd suggest avoiding the street scene nowadays. About a decade ago, the street scene was awesome and better than the SP scene. Good hunting grounds for a newbie. But now, with heat from LE, no selection - not much advantage for the streets for a newbie like yourself.

not recommended As a tourist (or even a local cruizer), the streets nowadays are not recommended. The LE did a good job over the last few years eliminating the tracks and still have a strong prescence there. Even window shopping isn't worth the gas anymore. Better stick to SP or MP.
