    Question - Testing positive for syphilis after cured?

    Hi, I read somewhere that once you've had syphilis and have been treated, you'll still get tested positive for it even if you don't have it anymore. I couldn't find the link again, so I'm not sure if I imagined this. Is it true? Thanks

    risks of kissing?

    This has probably been posted before, but I was wondering the risks of LFK/DFK? I read that the safest way to practise sex would be to always use a condom and avoid kissing, but if neither partner has any cold sores or cuts, wouldn't kissing be relatively safe?
