I don't think it's easy that's just what i've come across. As far as the other stuff you mentioned i'm pretty easy going.

I had a friend who's seen most of the girls on ec and he helped me kinda sort out what i was gonna charge and he said most were between 200-300 for fs or if they charged 150 by the time they were done with extras it was up to 400. Maybe i'm wrong that's just what i've been told. Still learning...
