best massage parlour in victoria?

You're not likely to get a consensus on that question as everyone has their own experiences. I discovered CZ by reading the reviews on this forum, they are a little more discreet than the others and from my experience, it is the best.
Asian Spa has showers in the room, it generally has more girls working at any given time and is very easy to find. They are high volume but I can't say that I have had a bad experience there.

My (not very) hot take is they're all roughly the same. Generally okay experiences, but the odd terrible/great experience. All use fake (or heavily retouched) photos. Some have more private entrances than others (ex Aspa and the backdoor), some have slightly lower rates (ex: Cotton), etc, but honestly I've yet to feel any strong preference between Bamboo/Sunshine, Aspa, Cotton, CZ, Half Moon or Weng Lan. 🤷♂️
My take:
Not pat's (grouchy old woman...too many negatives here to speak of )
Not da's (her girls uses multiple alias a few times and when you think you are getting someone new, its a veteran who has been there for awhile but changed their name; sometimes they bump you; shit for communication)
CZ (used to be okay, may still be, but i have been bumped a couple times when you session is 1/2 hr versus 1 hr)
Not Bamboo (bumped way too many times, showed up on scheduled time and the girl is not available when you get there)
Wen la (anything remotely linked to kspa sucks)
Sawasdee (cancelled on me a couple times, leky is grumpy , greedy girls, and the "young girls" are 45+, shitty communication)
Half moon. Only went there a couple times, the first was shitty, the second time was better
Cotton only once and the girl was mechanistic and i didn't like the location.
My top contenders would be Aspa or Amanda's girls
