Your head is still spinning, feeling the water run over you in the shower. Bliss. Utter bliss. After putting everything back on and coming out of the bathroom, there’s a little snack left on top of your jacket. What is the snack?

I don’t think everyone will want snack-size Oreos with some being more health-conscious. Would love some grab and go ideas that you might enjoy. 😉

I saw visited an SP that had a full spread of snacks on her coffee table. very thoughtful, and i think the gesture itself is most meaningful versus the actual assortment. that being said, a protein bar would be good for post-sex gains

Thoughtfulness is a rare good thing these days and should never go unnoticed.

Do not be deterred in your thoughtfulness by those who are not. The world needs more lest we all descend into the cess pool of Trump and his acolytes.

After a session, I have always appreciated the offer of water, whether in a cup from a cooler or a bottle. The gesture is more important than the means - I’ve always thought more of the SP who is kind in such a manner. So if I may humbly suggest a small selection of beverages, perhaps coconut water, soda water, flat water.

Now if you were to make me a long espresso for the road, I’d come back to visit that barista.

That's a great idea and thoughful. Most fruits, are inexpensive, hydrating and very healthy. You can't go wrong with fruit.

I'm with @VinVan a glass of water offered afterwards is enough for me. It's a sweet gesture and I like the thoughtfulness of it. Many, many times better than seeing an SP go straight to the phone to catch up on latest messages and TikToks. I'm usually not in a snacky mood after a session - unless it's to dine at the Y a bit because I just can never get enough of that.

And don't fret @Pumped comment. I'm sure he's just having a bit of a go...not meaning to be an insult.

Great idea.
I also support the protein bar, perhaps as an option in a small basket of things. Once in a while, I might grab the oreos, maybe even a banana.
And water, both carbonated and regular options.

To be completely honest, a snack would ruin my appetite. Most of my dates are longer, and we usually go out for drinks and dinner.

I see a lady that leaves a nice mix of goodies to go. Bottled Water or canned fizzy water, packaged cheeses and a mini sausage with a packaged dessert. She always has something nice and sweet to give you as she sends you on your way. She used to have a goodie mix of bottled water, vitamin c drink, mini oranges. I find it heart warming that she continues to update her mix of goodies in interesting ways. I give her 5 yippees out of 5 for adding another touch to an already glorious experience. Theres levels to this game and a good percentage of providers are stuck on square one with basic immersion skills and clock ticking send you out the door attitudes. She treats you like you are her one and only customer for the day. Its a very relaxed experience to not feel rushed. The mix of goodies to go is a nice friendly warm send off as I float away out the door.🤗 She gives back in more ways then one.
