I don’t think everyone will want snack-size Oreos with some being more health-conscious. Would love some grab and go ideas that you might enjoy. 😉

I saw visited an SP that had a full spread of snacks on her coffee table. very thoughtful, and i think the gesture itself is most meaningful versus the actual assortment. that being said, a protein bar would be good for post-sex gains

Do not be deterred in your thoughtfulness by those who are not. The world needs more lest we all descend into the cess pool of Trump and his acolytes.

After a session, I have always appreciated the offer of water, whether in a cup from a cooler or a bottle. The gesture is more important than the means - I’ve always thought more of the SP who is kind in such a manner. So if I may humbly suggest a small selection of beverages, perhaps coconut water, soda water, flat water.

Now if you were to make me a long espresso for the road, I’d come back to visit that barista.

That's a great idea and thoughful. Most fruits, are inexpensive, hydrating and very healthy. You can't go wrong with fruit.

I'm with @VinVan a glass of water offered afterwards is enough for me. It's a sweet gesture and I like the thoughtfulness of it. Many, many times better than seeing an SP go straight to the phone to catch up on latest messages and TikToks. I'm usually not in a snacky mood after a session - unless it's to dine at the Y a bit because I just can never get enough of that.

And don't fret @Pumped comment. I'm sure he's just having a bit of a go...not meaning to be an insult.

Great idea.
I also support the protein bar, perhaps as an option in a small basket of things. Once in a while, I might grab the oreos, maybe even a banana.
And water, both carbonated and regular options.

To be completely honest, a snack would ruin my appetite. Most of my dates are longer, and we usually go out for drinks and dinner.
