Thanks... my only hesitation is that they advertise on Leolist and their ads don't have any face pics. Curious if their pics ring a bell with anyone here on Perb that they may have worked with an agency in the past or were indy with another name...?

Hey, I get your hesitation however I will present a different perspective as this ad provides what I consider a lot of green flags of authenticity. Again this is not an endorsement of the provider but may help provide some insight on why I think it’s authentic:
a local contact number,
an alternate contact via email that resulted in a response that does not seem to be a auto style response - not just hey babe
the pics are posed but seem natural, no I did not check tiny eye or other. Ads that show full face pics are predominately fake or ads for onlyfans or so I find.

I see is that now ad shows $500 / hour. I don’t think ad had a price when I inquired and rate has already changed from my email.

I met Sadie Rose a couple weeks ago and had a very good experience.
I was able to contact her by text and she replied promptly. Within a couple hours I was with her at her incall in the Commercial Drive area. It was an older building but her suite was clean.
Sadie is definitely the lady in the photos.
I found her to be attractive and she provided very good service. She was "in the moment" and attentive.
Her Lfk/Dfk was very good. Sadie does not provide BBBJ. This was a bit disappointing but was not a deal breaker. If her rate had been higher then cbj would have been a deal breaker.

I have to agree, I saw Sadie last Sunday she is definitely cute all natural and smells great! I did the Daty and she was delicious.
