If you know what you’re doing, I would say most are very responsive (or can act like they are) it’s more a question of who ISN’T responsive to receiving oral.
Over the years I have come across some women who just do not want any mouth action anywhere near their genitalia. Fair enough, its their prerogative. honestly it all depends on chemistry and comfort level, between you and the SP.
