I have never had anal sex before, but have long been interested in trying it.
For those of you experienced in paying for greek from professional providers, I want to ask you; What should I typically expect regarding cleanliness? Usually will it be full dirty anal, without any preparation from them? Or usually will they do at least a gentle rectal cleaning beforehand?

Any respectable SP who offers Greek will be very clean. Most usually need confirmation beforehand to prep properly…others who offer will always be prepped. Accidents can happen but I feel it’s rare but may come. I’ve done a lot of anal in my time and I’ve never had a dirty condom afterwards.
I also think its important to ask whoever your seeing what a greek session looks like! I've had both "can you go slow and be gentle, not all the way" and on the other side "fuck me harder" Some allow fucking in the pussy and ass back and forth, other don't. I would respectfully ad that you should have in mind that experiencing some stinky browns on your dick is not out of the question, so if/when it happens don’t be freaked out.
