You're not going to find many takers here.
It's not that SP's want to rip you off for $500 to suck their toes, it's more so that for them, time is money, and any less than their going rate and they feel it's not worth their time to keep their ads and websites and incall space or run the risk of seeing a new client.
You will have better luck just asking whether a provider is open to foot activities while inquiring about their $200-400/hr release services. Admittedly though, I haven't really seen a provider in this city that has feet comparable to foot models, and I've seen a lot to know what's a good pair of feet vs a meh pair vs a pair of feet that I wouldn't even pay money to worship as a fetishist.
