This is 100% a bait-and-switch. The ad uses photos of Maya, a Vietnamese girl who was here in March. I have her contact info and can confirm she hasn’t returned.
The address linked to this ad is 70 Park East Dr, where I previously had a terrible experience. A girl answered the door naked, told me to wait in another bedroom, then went back to finish with another customer. They only seem interested in getting you off quickly so they can bring in the next guy.

It seems like they have a different girl every month. Sometimes the girls are definitely older, but if you don’t like it and just want to leave, they won’t stop you.
I went there last week, and honestly, the girls this month were pretty good. They were all under 30, and one of them spoke pretty good English, so you didn’t even need a translator to communicate with her.
Also, for the past few months, there have always been two girls there. So it shouldn’t be like what you said, where they make you wait in another room.
