The ad is pretty obviously fake/TGTBT. Thanks for the intel, and sorry you had a bad experience, but I think the screenshot with no timestamps/caller info is a bit unnecessary.

I always try my best to hide caller info to protect the SP’s privacy. It’s not unnecessary, it’s warranted.

That's totally fair, I think my comment was a bit indicative of the fact I'm seeing screenshots of texts more and more (both from clients and from SPs in ads) as "proof" of something, but I kind of think there's no point in sharing a screenshot with a few random texts since there's no way to tell if it's legit or not (and to be clear I'm not at all suggesting yours specifically was a fake, more calling out that "screenshot of text" == proves nothing).

Case in point:
