I was actually looking at Ava Lynn as someone who offers lap dances, also with the playhouse, yet I have yet to find a time when she is available.
I haven't seen Ava, but I understand it's Freya's specialty--maybe that's why she's so good at it! I've heard Crimson Day (Vogue Collective) is really good too (one of her specialties.) I've seen her and she's great, but I haven't gotten a lap dance from her.
If you explore other options, I'd make sure they actually offer that service (so it's more likely they enjoy it and are good at it.)

I got one from Vee (Playhouse) for myself and a lady friend. It was enthusiastic. Crimson has a "special" (#1) that includes a lapdance+FS if that's what you're looking for. Can confirm her pole dancing skills.
