AI generated videos

I saw a AI video of a massively overweight woman going on a zip line in mountain terrain. The zip line broke and down she went. I found it quite amusing

AI is really getting out of control and it’s making it really difficult to tell what is real and what is not on the internet now. I like to follow science or nature accounts a lot and they post AI slop all of the time claiming it’s real. Photos with AI claim to be real. Too many people are using AI in all of the wrong ways.

I'll bet there will be an app of some sort to identify if it's real or AI generated. If there isn't one already out. I don't know. Something like Tiny eye

I'm pretty good at spotting the fakes most of the time, but I have a background in still/moving image production.

The surprising thing is how even the badly-made ones, seem to fool so many people.

It's bad now, but I will tell you with 100% certainty that 'You ain't seen nuthin yet!'
And we are not talking terminator here, that's sci-fi.

Oh for sure. The internet went crazy for the Brad Pitt vs Tom Cruise fight scene using Seedance 2.0, and it was so good that made them have to put up safeguards for liability and copyright protections. I have tried a trial of Seedance 2.0 and it is limited, but leaps and bounds above Seedance 1.5

Seedance 1.5 lets you make 5 second clips you have to sort of edit togethee for cohesion, but 2.0 lets you up to 15 seconds and copy camera angles and voices. Its intuitive enough to make an animated person do all sorts of insane movements from a still image.

The A.I. slop of Predator vs Terminator or Terminator vs Robocop are made without the restrictions, you can't make those style of videos now due to the updates. But if you decide to draw or generate your own original characters, you can have A.I animate them very easily and add your own voice.

Its becoming leaps and bounds more sophisticated by the year. A few years ago generations had multiple fingers, now the issues is looking weird while laying on the ground and not being able to lip sync, and every new version is addressing it. Soon all ads will be A.I. It is currently being used in some video games for asset generation, its not going anywhere.
