First off, you’re correct public transport is excellent, only insane people would want a car. Where to stay will really depend on what else you’re there to see and do.

First we are spoiled here in Canada with both variety of girls and price. I thought there would be a better escort scene than there seems to be. most Agency girls used to be eastern European, now Brazilian tends to be popular. AdultWork and Tryst indy’s tend to be more varied. High end girls in London are very high end. If you think Vancouver and Toronto have lots of whales with deep pockets wait until you get to London and the old money, oligarchs, international finance bros and rich kids. There may be a whole other world that the locals know about, but I’m in the dark I’m afraid.
Second watch out for “Party girls” I was shocked at how many escorts advertise this. The last thing I want is a girl who’s high, so I avoid them, but it’s obviously up to you.
