I know a few providers who do the $300 all inclusive visits. Which is great if I can line it up. But they’re next to impossible to book around my work schedule. So I only stick to the agencies now.Having seen this topic, I got curious for myself how I spend. Unfortunately I wasn't quite tracking every appointments accurately but started to in late October last year. Initially just jotting down the appointment dates and cost, but then I thought since I like data that I'd track things on a spreadsheet to track not just the dates and cost but also duration, the provider and their ethnicity. With enough the data over time, I'm thinking I can find some trends.
Anyways I thought it's good for me to do this to see if I'm over or under budget. I'm budgeting $5K per year at an average of $300 per visit.
It’s a little more costly.
But always worth it.
